Our journey started when two food-loving entrepreneurs and a lifelong restaurateur came together to bring some of our favorite Japanese flavors, quality ingredients, fresh fish, and love of A5 Wagyu to Utah. We’ve brought flavors we love and have fused them with premium Japanese cuisine where possible, while honoring the authentic dishes so many have come to love from Japan.
