Assistant Store Manager

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the show. You’ll work closely with our Store Manager to lead the team, help meet our sales goals, and make sure every customer walks out happy. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career with training and support.

What you’ll do:

Help lead the team to hit sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service

Train and develop our amazing team members

Keep things running smoothly by following company policies and procedures

Help recruit new team members who will make Banter even better

What we’re looking for:

1+ years of retail experience (preferably in jewelry or specialty retail)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
