Key Sales Sales Associate

If you love connecting with people and enjoy helping customers find the perfect piece of jewelry, the Key Sales Associate role is perfect for you! You’ll be the face of Banter, engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and making sure everyone has a great shopping experience.

What you’ll do:

Build relationships with customers to understand their needs

Show off our beautiful products and explain their features

Help customers choose the perfect piece and drive sales

Work with the team to hit store goals and create a fun atmosphere

What we’re looking for:

Experience in sales, retail, or jewelry (but it’s not required—we’ll train you!)

A friendly, outgoing personality
