The Supervisor is responsible for strategically managing and promoting sales culture within the Retail Store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. Additionally, a supervisor is responsible for managing their assigned D.O.R (division of responsibility) within the business determined by the store manager upon hire. Essential Functions: Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning and expense control. Ensure in store high customer service standards are met and maintained in accordance with Travis Mathew’s core values and service standards. Assist with the recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven, Sales Associates. Focus on coaching and development of client associates. Understand and maintain own level of product knowledge in addition to ensuring Store Associates maintain product knowledge and service standards. Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business. Manage and achieve or exceed all inventory and shrink goals; participate in bi-annual Physical Inventory. Participate in the execution and processing of merchandise, both incoming and outgoing (Receiving/Return Vouchers). Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Manager. Create, communicate, manage and execute all Marketing opportunities and events within budget and per all Policies & Procedures. Attend all offsite training and position related meetings as required by supervisor; travel maybe required.
